There are two routes. State route: 150 Completed Profiles and 25 verified Premium Sales in one U.S. state. National route: 750 Completed Profiles and 75 verified Premium Sales nationally. Once Elite status is effective, new members you refer earn you 50% on their first Premium purchase, 40% on their second, and 30% on their third. Starter and Standard purchases made before their third Premium pay the Founding rates of 20% and 30%. After the third Premium, eligible purchases pay 25% on Starter, 30% on Standard, and 25% on Premium through the end of 36 months from that member's first Premium purchase. Elite status never lowers your Founding Partner rate.

A referred member account that has verified its email address, completed all required profile and onboarding fields, and uploaded all required profile photos. Duplicate, fraudulent, rejected, incomplete, inactive, or administratively disqualified accounts do not count toward Completed Profile totals or Elite qualification.

Any U.S. state can qualify. A member's state is the residence state entered and verified in their profile. Billing address, IP location, and device data may be used for fraud or verification checks, but they do not replace the verified profile residence.

Your percentage is applied to the actual package price the customer pays. For example, if a customer buys Premium under our 72-hour Founder Offer ($124.50), your 50% commission is $62.25. We pay commissions monthly via PayPal on a Net-30 schedule for all sales that have cleared our standard 30-day verification window. The minimum payout balance is $50 USD, and balances below $50 roll over to the next cycle. Commissions on refunded, disputed, or charged-back purchases are reversed.

We require all partners to provide clear FTC disclosures (such as #ad or 'I earn a commission if you join through my link'). To protect brand trust, we prohibit bidding on branded search terms (PPC), posting on coupon or deal websites, using fabricated testimonials, sending unsolicited bulk messages, and stating or implying that Marrying America guarantees a date, a mutual match, a relationship, or a marriage.
